Introducing Huntersville Chiropractor Dr. Jon M. Vezendy

Dr. Jon Vezendy"Thank goodness that I suffered an injury during a collegiate basketball game, and was sent to a chiropractor.  While there, the doctor explained the correlation between my spine and my health conditions."

"It was incredible," continues Dr. Vezendy.  "I'll never forget that first adjustment at Ritter Chiropractic, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.  My life would be different from that day forward."

Dr. Vezendy began studying engineering at Pennsylvania State University at Hazleton before turning to pre-chiropractic courses.  He studied the basic sciences such as inorganic and organic chemistry, anatomy, physiology, and biology courses.

After completing his studies there, he was accepted at Life University in Marietta, GA, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) in the summer of 2001.  He has also completed course work in X-Ray and Posture, Cervical Rehabilitation, Lumbar Rehabilitation, Drop Table Adjusting, and Instrument Adjusting, and is a distinguished Fellow of Clinical Biomechanics of Posture®.  Dr. Vezendy is also a certified doctor in Webster Technique, a technique used during pregnancy.  He is currently taking courses in the Clinical Neuroscience Program through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies.  His next Certification is Childhood Development Disorders which will be complete in January 2011.

When a person loses their health, their life is altered.  The ability to work, to enjoy hobbies or interests, to spend precious time with family and friends, and to keep up with daily chores can be affected.

Simple errors in judgment compounded over time will ruin the quality of your life.  Therefore, smart, healthy, pro-active choices over time will result in an improved quality of life.

Dr. Vezendy and his wife, Kelly, are both from Pennsylvania and are the proud parents of twin boys, Dylan and Gavin.  When away from the practice, they enjoy activities on Lake Norman and are both actively involved with local community service and charitable organizations.

"Be the change you wish to see in the world" is a quote by which I live my life.  Would you seek the advice of a financial advisor who is up to their ears in debt?  I continue to improve my lifestyle habits so that I can honestly give advice on how to improve the health of my patients and their families.

"Millions of people are suffering everyday with preventable health problems.  How can we help you with today's safe and natural chiropractic care?  Give us a call so we can help you take your first step towards better health."

Dr. Jon Asks some important questions of interest to Huntersville residents - Chiropractor Huntersville Dr. Jon Asks...

Can chiropractic cure a child's ear infections?
Chiropractic isn't a cure for anything. Nor is it a treatment for ear infections. However, many children who suffer with ear infections also suffer from spinal problems in their neck, compromising nerves to the ear, depressing the immune system and preventing proper drainage. Can chiropractic help? Find out!
Are chiropractors just concerned with the spine?
Our interest in the spine is because it covers the major communications conduit between your brain and your body. As a Huntersville chiropractor my job is to locate areas (usually along the spine) that interfere with proper nerve communications to and from your brain. Chiropractic adjustments help restore nervous system integrity. In this way, chiropractic care can affect the function of your entire body.
